Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service booked. Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of travel reservation, transportation request, or event service.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Refunds for transportation services require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time.
Cruise, hotel, and group travel refunds follow the policies of the supplier, cruise line, airline, or vendor connected to the booking.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
