Refund Policy 

All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service booked. Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of travel reservation, transportation request, or event service.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

  • Refunds for transportation services require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time.

  • Cruise, hotel, and group travel refunds follow the policies of the supplier, cruise line, airline, or vendorconnected to the booking.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
